Project Overview

Stockland Momenta is a newly completed 2-storey logistics and distribution facility located at 2–8 Baker Street, Banksmeadow, delivering approximately 15,000m² of warehouse and logistics space.

The facility achieved a 5-Star Green Star rating, reflecting a strong focus on sustainable design and operational performance.

The project was recognised with the Commercial Construction $60 Million+ Category Award at the 2026 NSW Australian Institute of Building (AIB) Professional Excellence in Building Awards, underscoring its quality and delivery standard.

iCOST Service

iCOST provided a full‑time commercial resource to support the client with turnkey contract administration and commercial management services, including subcontract account management, head contract claims, procurement support, monthly cost forecasting, contractual correspondence, and commercial risk management.
