Project Overview

The project involves the development of Pitt Street OSD North, known as Parkline Place - a 39‑storey premium commercial tower constructed above the north entrance to Sydney Metro’s Pitt Street Station. The development forms a key component of the integrated station precinct, delivering high‑quality commercial workspace directly connected to one of the city’s most significant new transport interchanges.

Parkline Place features a premium‑grade office tower with large, efficient floorplates, high‑performance façade systems, and state‑of‑the‑art end‑of‑trip facilities, supported by retail and public domain improvements at ground level. The project integrates complex over‑station construction methodologies, advanced structural engineering and stringent acoustic and vibration controls to ensure seamless interface with the operational metro station below.
