Project Overview

Hindmarsh is delivering Stage 1 of Levande's new Hills Showground Retirement Living community, a premium independent-living development located in the heart of Sydney's Hills District.

Stage 1 comprises 83 retirement apartments across two multi-storey buildings, a 2-level basement and structural works to podium level for Buildings A, B and C, supported by a clubhouse, indoor pool, gym and communal landscaped areas.

Positioned within walking distance of Hills Showground Metro Station, the development will provide modern, adaptable living options that support ageing in place while strengthening community connection within the broader precinct.
