Project Overview

This project involves the delivery of a large-scale, multi-building data-centre campus constructed in staged buildings to support high-density digital-infrastructure needs for government, enterprise and cloud customers.

Each stage delivers new buildings, internal roads and high-capacity electrical infrastructure alongside resilient mechanical and electrical systems, diverse power arrangements, backup generation and high-efficiency cooling, sequenced to expand capacity while maintaining uninterrupted operations.

Located within a major metropolitan industrial precinct, the campus supports significant employment across construction and operations and continues to expand its ICT capacity as additional buildings are commissioned, reinforcing its role as a sovereign, high-availability data-centre hub.
