Project Overview

The project involves the development of the Kincumber Aged Care Facility on the Central Coast, delivered in partnership with Catholic Healthcare. The facility will provide 102 Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) units designed to offer high‑quality care, comfort and support for seniors within a modern, purpose‑built environment.

A key focus of the project is strong local engagement, with collaboration across local trade partners to support delivery and strengthen community participation.

The development enhanced care capacity in the region and contributes to improved wellbeing outcomes for residents.
