Project Overview

The project involves the development of the Benetti luxury hotel, a landmark component of the Waterfront Marina masterplan in Shell Cove. Positioned on a prime harbour‑front site, the hotel is designed to deliver an exceptional coastal experience through high‑end accommodation, destination dining and premium leisure amenities. The development features 11 levels comprising 117 hotel suites, 32 serviced apartments and 42 residential apartments, supported by 4.5 levels of basement parking and a range of communal open‑space facilities.

The hotel will offer resort‑style pools, a ballroom and function spaces, a signature restaurant and bar, and a day spa, all curated to create a sophisticated lifestyle destination for guests and residents. Its architectural design and amenity mix reflect the project’s ambition to set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality on the South Coast.

As a centrepiece of the broader marina precinct, the Benetti hotel strengthens Shell Cove’s position as an emerging coastal destination, contributing to local tourism, economic activity and the vibrancy of the waterfront.
