Project Overview
The project involves the development of the Boronia Apartments in Waterloo, delivering essential housing for women and their children at risk of domestic and family violence, as well as service workers and residents on very low to moderate incomes. The five‑storey development will provide 72 architecturally designed affordable housing units, offering safe, secure and high‑quality accommodation in inner Sydney.
The project includes 26 at‑grade car parking spaces and a commercial tenancy, supporting both resident needs and local service provision.
As a community‑focused initiative, the development strengthens access to stable housing, enhances local support networks and contributes to improved social outcomes for vulnerable groups.
