Project Overview

This project involves the staged development of a major data-centre campus in Victoria, designed to expand regional digital-infrastructure capacity and support high-density compute environments.

The initial stage delivers a purpose-built facility with resilient electrical systems, backup power infrastructure, high-efficiency cooling and an integrated battery-energy storage system, with future stages progressively adding multi-storey data-centre buildings, expanded electrical infrastructure and internal road networks around a scalable, low-water cooling model.

Once fully developed, the campus will provide substantial ICT capacity, generate significant employment and contribute to the growth of Victoria's technology sector, serving as a key sovereign digital-infrastructure hub supporting cloud, enterprise and AI-driven workloads.

iCOST is supporting the client with procurement and commercial services, including critical trade‑package procurement, scope drafting, tender analysis and quantum validation, commercial negotiations, and subcontract and consultancy agreement execution.
