Project Overview

The Marsden Park project is a state-of-the-art data centre campus located within the Marsden Park Industrial Precinct in Sydney’s North West. Once complete, it will be the largest data centre campus in the Southern Hemisphere, comprising six four-storey facilities, each capable of accommodating up to 24 data halls, alongside ancillary office and operational spaces. The development is designed to meet the rapidly growing demand for AI-ready digital infrastructure as the digital economy continues to expand.
