iCOST was engaged to identify, measure, bill, rate and submit a series of Design Change Variations within a highly compressed timeframe.

Faced with an extensive volume of drawing sets, the iCOST team quickly absorbed and analysed the design data to detect deviations from the original miniature with potential cost and time impacts. From there, iCOST prepared detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs), applied accurate cost rates and compiled Variation Claims for upstream submission — ensuring clarity, compliance and efficiency at every stage.
