Project Overview

The development includes progressive delivery of new buildings, internal roads, high‑capacity electrical infrastructure, and associated support systems. Each stage is engineered to maintain uninterrupted operations while enabling scalable expansion as demand increases. The campus integrates advanced security, redundancy, and operational‑continuity features consistent with national critical‑infrastructure expectations.

Located within a major metropolitan industrial precinct, the project benefits from proximity to established utilities, fibre networks, and transport links. Construction and ongoing operations support significant employment across engineering, technical services, and facilities management, contributing to the region’s digital‑economy growth.

As additional buildings are commissioned, the campus continues to expand its total ICT capacity, reinforcing its role as a key sovereign data‑centre hub supporting high‑density compute environments and long‑term digital‑infrastructure requirements.
