Project Overview

The Castle Towers Redevelopment is a major transformation of one of Sydney's largest retail destinations, located in Castle Hill within The Hills District, reconfiguring the existing centre into a contemporary mixed-use precinct.

The proposal comprises new retail and lifestyle offerings, a commercial office tower, a hotel tower, expanded basement and service infrastructure, and improved pedestrian connections to Castle Hill Metro Station.

Once complete, Castle Towers will evolve into a vibrant mixed-use destination that supports long-term growth in the Hills District and strengthens integration with the Metro network.
