Project Overview

The project involves the development of a new children’s hospital and research facility within Sydney’s world‑class Randwick Health & Innovation Precinct, delivering an integrated centre for clinical care, research and teaching with a strong focus on environmental performance and wellbeing outcomes.

The facility is designed to transform the experience of patients, families, clinicians and researchers through modern, purpose‑built spaces that support advanced models of paediatric care and collaborative medical innovation.

The project strengthens the precinct’s role as a leading hub for translational research and specialist care, while enhancing connectivity with surrounding hospitals, universities and community services. Its combination of complex clinical requirements, research integration and a highly sensitive operational environment underscores the project’s scale and significance for the future of paediatric health in NSW.
