Project Overview

The project involves the development of Siquilla Retirement Residences, a new multi level independent living community located adjacent to the Campbelltown Catholic Club and designed exclusively for individuals over 60 seeking a vibrant, welcoming and socially connected retirement lifestyle.

The development comprises 92 no. two and three bedroom independent living units across seven levels positioned above a ground floor of shared facilities and amenities, supported by three levels of basement carparking including a vehicular connection at Basement Level 3 to the existing Campbelltown Catholic Club carpark. The project also includes the refurbishment and repurposing of Emily Cottage, a sandstone heritage building, along with landscaped communal gardens and terraces. Residents will have access to a suite of shared spaces including a wellness centre, library, cinema, workshop, lounge, games zone and art studio, creating a holistic environment that promotes wellbeing, independence and community engagement.

An important addition to the region’s seniors living offering, the project balances modern design with heritage integration and complex site interfaces, underscoring its importance to the local community and its delivery partners.
