Project Overview
Cronulla VUE is a landmark mixed-use development positioned at the northern gateway to Cronulla Mall in Sydney’s south. Delivered on a prominent 5,225 sqm site, the project comprises two eight-storey towers connected by a shared double-storey podium, integrating residential, retail, and commercial uses into a cohesive urban precinct.
The development includes 112 luxury apartments, approximately 3,000 sqm of retail space, and 880 sqm of commercial accommodation, anchored by the largest Harris Farm Markets in the Southern Hemisphere. With a construction value exceeding AU$100m and forming part of a broader AU$350m urban renewal initiative, VUE represents a significant investment in the revitalisation of Cronulla’s coastal centre.
