iCOST Accelerates National Growth with Appointment of Thomas Murr to Lead Commercial & Cost Advisory Services in Western Australia

iCOST is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Murr as Director of Commercial & Cost Advisory Services (Western Australia), a strategic hire that strengthens the company's leadership team and marks a major milestone in its long-term growth strategy.
Thomas joins iCOST with more than 20 years of experience delivering commercial, cost, procurement, claims, and contract management services across major infrastructure, mining, energy, water, telecommunications, and defence projects throughout Australia and the United Kingdom.
The appointment also coincides with the establishment of iCOST's first office in Perth, providing a permanent base for the business in Western Australia. Further details regarding the Perth office and the company's local expansion plans will be announced shortly.

In his role, Thomas will be responsible for establishing and expanding iCOST's Commercial & Cost Advisory practice across Western Australia, with a mandate to support clients through the full project lifecycle, from procurement and contract strategy through to commercial management, claims, dispute resolution, project controls, and cost advisory services.
