Stewart is a seasoned construction professional with 37 years’ experience across construction, development, and real estate. Recognised for being versatile, organised, and strategic, with a strong sense of ownership, analytical capability, and a proactive approach to challenges. He brings extensive experience in senior project, commercial, and departmental leadership roles within major client organisations and Tier 1 contractors, having delivered across a wide range of sectors on landmark projects throughout the UK, Europe, and Australia.

This is reflected in strong technical and process expertise, including applying the RIBA Plan of Work across all stages of major developments, managing PQQ, EOI, and two-stage tender processes including PCSA structures, and operating robust contract administration, change control, and cost reporting systems. He develops and implements commercial QA documentation and procedures, leads due diligence, audit, and open-book review processes, and establishes effective monthly reporting frameworks for project and portfolio performance. His experience also extends to coordinating design, cost planning, and M&E strategies, integrating IT and virtual reality solutions into project delivery, and collaborating closely with financial, legal, and commercial systems to ensure strong governance and compliance.
