Project Overview

The project comprises the construction of a new multi storey education facility designed to support up to 1,000 students and expand the school’s teaching capacity through modern, flexible learning environments.

The development includes three 3-storey buildings accommodating 49 teaching spaces and three support learning units, along with a library, school hall, staff hub, administrative areas, two sports courts, a playing field, open play spaces, and a dedicated 72 space staff carpark.

Delivered as part of the NSW Government’s AU$3.9 billion investment in new and upgraded schools across the region, the project plays a key role in supporting growing communities and enhancing access to world class education facilities. Its delivery within an active campus environment adds significant complexity, requiring careful staging, safety management and close coordination with school operations and delivery partners.
