iCOST were engaged to provide contract advisory and quantum support on a confidential NSW Leisure-orientated construction project, assisting Development Lawyers and their client to navigate complex contractual, technical and commercial issues.

Our role included reviewing entitlement positions, assessing cost impacts and preparing clear, evidence based advice to support negotiation and dispute resolution.
