Niall is an experienced commercial professional, underpinned by his quantity surveying skillset. Niall’s experience spans across the building, civil engineering, water‑treatment infrastructure, and major transport sectors.

He has developed strong capability in variation assessment, measurement, subcontract administration, procurement and commercial reporting, with experience spanning tender‑stage quantification through to final account. Niall has supported the assessment and negotiation of significant variation packages, including contributing to the valuation and resolution of AU$37.5m in variations on Sydney Metro.

His experience includes managing subcontractor supply chains, preparing interim valuations, administering dayworks, identifying and raising early warnings and compensation events, and supporting monthly cost, value, and reconciliation reporting. He has worked across NEC and bespoke contract forms and is proficient in financial and project‑management systems, including Business Central.
