Neil is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with eight years of experience across building, commercial, health, civil works, RC framing and external works packages. His areas of expertise cover contract administration, cost planning, procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, CVRs, and contract compliance under JCT and NEC forms.

He has delivered commercial support from early‑stage measurement and tendering, through to final accounts, variations, and monthly reporting. His experience includes managing multiple live projects, liaising with site teams and clients, and providing accurate measurement and commercial backup for disputes.

Neil has worked across a range of sectors, including education, healthcare, commercial, residential, and demolition, supporting both senior commercial leads and project teams to ensure budgets are monitored, risks are identified, and commercial processes are followed.
