Liam is a Senior Contracts Administrator/Senior Quantity Surveyor with a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, bringing over five years in the current role and more than eight years of experience in the construction industry. Early career experience includes managing the commercial operations of a large masonry contractor, followed by a large utilities contractor, gaining hands‑on exposure across building and civils environments.

This practical foundation led to a move into the commercial and financial aspects of construction, supported by experience across infrastructure and civil projects. The combination of trade‑based and utilities experience provides a solid understanding of site operations and project delivery. Current work focuses on applying commercial and contractual principles across infrastructure and civil works, including measurement, cost management, financial reporting, and supporting project teams through accurate commercial analysis.
